Frequently Asked Questions

What is SILVRA?

SILVRA is a non-custodial interface for sending supported cryptocurrencies to any wallet address on the Base network. You connect your own wallet and authorize every transfer yourself.

Do you hold my funds?

No. SILVRA never holds, custodies, or controls your assets. Transfers are signed in your own wallet and broadcast to the network directly.

Do you ever ask for my seed phrase or private key?

Never. SILVRA will never request, collect, or store your private key or recovery phrase. Any request for these is fraudulent.

What fees will I pay?

You pay the blockchain network fee (gas) for every transfer. When enabled, a SILVRA service fee is also disclosed in full before you sign and is collected in a separate transaction you explicitly authorize.

Which assets can I send?

Currently native ETH and native USDC on Base (mainnet and Sepolia testnet). See the Supported Assets page for verified contract details.

Can I cancel or reverse a transfer?

No. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain it is permanent and irreversible. Always verify the recipient address before signing.

Is a transaction hash proof of success?

No. A hash means the transaction was submitted. We verify the on-chain receipt and status before marking it confirmed.

Which wallets are supported?

Any EIP-1193 injected wallet (such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Rabby) and WalletConnect-compatible wallets when WalletConnect is configured.
